    1. RETURNS SHIPPING
      • Pack the opened product carefully, take it to the nearest DHL or Deutsche Post collection point and send it back to our warehouse with the following address:

     IMPORTANT: Please include a note in the package with your full name, order number and email address from which you registered the return so that we can allocate your return.

    1. RETURNS PROCESSING
      • Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund you the full purchase price to your original payment method within 30 days of arrival at our warehouse.

    2. The 30-day money-back guarantee expires on the 30th day after the purchase date. This means: In order to claim it, your request must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
    3. We cannot accept returns and refunds for products that have been completely used up, i.e. empty. ⅔ of the product must still be in the container.
    4. The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to one unit per individual product.
    5. You are responsible for the costs of returning the products to our warehouse.
